Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and One Two Nine LLC, trading as Higher Me ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Higher Me service, you agree to these Terms.

Higher Me is a digital wellness product offering a guided 30-day manifestation journey, daily affirmations, a vision board, an evidence log, and related features. Some features require a paid subscription.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Higher Me. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or scrape data.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent any technical limits.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Higher Me service, including software, content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes within your selected plan.

You retain ownership of content you create within Higher Me (reflections, evidence entries, vision board, custom affirmations). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel any time via paddle.net.

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always meet your expectations. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Higher Me is a wellness and personal-development tool. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us (via Paddle) in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where law prohibits.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you (a) materially breach these Terms, (b) fail to pay applicable fees, (c) create a security or fraud risk, or (d) repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which One Two Nine LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
