How it works
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. There are no trick questions and no restocking fees.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Select the transaction you would like refunded and submit a refund request.
- Or email us at hello@thehigherme.com with your order email and we will help you submit it through Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
